One of my friends attempted to cancel her dessert but the waitress declined the request stating it was ready but it arrived 20 30 min later.Most importantly, the menu touts 20% add on gratuity for parties of 6 or more. However we were a party of four and it was included. When I inquired, there was some resistance on the servicing side and I was told they add it to all parties. Personally, I find this to be unethical business practice given their false advertising. It's giving very much bait and switch, I appreciate honesty and transparency when supporting a business. It was especially insulting given the poor service. Would not come again or recommend."
