"Our waiter should be fired on the spot for the erratic treatment he gave us. Worst waiter I've ever experienced. We ordered the braised beef, and what came out could be best described as overcooked pot roast. It was utterly disgusting and I sent it back. The entire restaurant/hotel was absolutely freezing; They must have kept the thermostat set to 60F. My wife wasnt the only one wearing their overcoat while eating. We left dinner, and actually canceled our stay at the hotel for that night. This was the absolute worst hotel/dinner experience we've ever experienced."

"First, they brought us an expired milk. Second, they forgot to give is forks and napkins. Third, we waited for food the longest. The other family that came much later than us received a better treatment. Not only they received the food quicker, the owner talked to them, smiled, made them feel welcome. Us, on the other hand, he completely ignored. Yes, we went there for a first time. But why you treat your customers so differently? Hence your 3 stars review."

"Definitely noticeable that they just don’t have enough staff. Being the only “open” sit down place on a Monday means a good chunk of people are going to come and they are just not equipped for it. There’s a line and there are empty tables inside but it’s clearly because one waiter can only do so much. Food was not good. Eggs and toast can’t really mess up but the beef hash tasted like fish the Hash browns also tasted like fish. It was like everything that was cooked was cooked in a pan that was used for fish. Not very pleasant after having a nice party the night before….. took forever to get the check which again understaffed but still . And then took forever to get the check. Took a long time to get asked if we needed anything else like that extra coffee and water that you need during your meal."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"We had a fantastic brunch! I tried the avocado toast, and it was amazing! The restaurant was able to accommodate all six of us with exceptional service. Our server, Adam, was wonderful. The cocktails prepared by Andre were spot on! Even as the restaurant got busier, the service remained attentive. Everyone in our group found each dish to be delicious!"

"We visited for my father's birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was attentive, kind, and accommodating throughout our meal. We ordered the Redfish on the Half Shell, a special risotto with shrimp and scallops, blackened sea bass, and two sides of lobster mashed potatoes. The risotto was exceptional; the truffles really elevated the dish, and the scallops were perfectly seared. Both fish dishes were well-cooked, but the flavors could have been a bit more complex. They generously treated us to their signature bread pudding for my father's birthday, which we all shared. The portion was large and absolutely delicious—I'd highly recommend it for dessert. Overall, the meal offered good value, and we will likely return, especially for the oysters."

"Shockingly bad service. I felt bad for recommending the venue. According to friends, service was excellent prior to the shut down. That?s not the case now. We arrived a little after 6 pm (tix said doors open at 6 pm). We were told ?they? were running behind and we could have a seat until they notified us the doors were open. We were sitting in the bar area downstairs but there was no bartender. We were ushered upstairs about 6:25 pm and told we were the first to arrive butcould order our drinks and food through the app. Every staff member we spoke to made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. We scanned the qr code and there was no option to order food. We sat there another 15 minutes before we werefinally able to flag someone over. We?d seen about 6 staff members upstairs just talking amongst themselves across the room. One walked by and said he?d find a server to help us and we never saw him again. Gary walked over and introducedhimself. He was mumbling and we could barely understand a word he was saying. He kept telling us we should be able to order using the app, and I pulled it up on my phone to show him it wasn?t working. Then, he leaned over and grabbed myphone from me. He smelled absolutely putrid and I guessed he was either high or intoxicated. It was so gross and I was wearing a face shield the whole time. My partner had on a mask. We both smelled him. Gary kept saying he?d take care ofus, but we had to request everything like 3x. He told us we should know which wine we preordered for the table. But, what was the point of reserving a bottle if they don?t keep track of it? Another staff member approached to tell us shejust ?turned it on? and we could order food now. We were confused as to why everything was so unorganized and slow. A party of 4 older women walked in and sat at the table behind us. I was surprised to hear Gary make a lewd joke, which Ifound gross but that party didn?t seem offended. It definitely wasn?t professional. Late"

"This place has been a lifesaver for my office. They offer high quality, healthy food and supplies. I have ordered from them multiple times and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous and they are always willing to accommodate special requests. They are prompt with their deliveries, whether it's for a small group lunch or a large corporate event for 30 people. They even include small touches like mints and all necessary paper goods, so I never have to worry. The food is always fresh and of excellent quality. I appreciate that this is a small business, and the owners Brad and Kristine always make doing business with them a pleasure. They are friendly and helpful, and their prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food you receive."

"What disappointing service. We had made a reservation for 5 PM on Sunday and were one of 4 tables in the entire restaurant. The hostess awkwardly took our orders as she said the staff was busy getting ready for a concert. We saw 7-8 waiters and they did not seem busy at all. 15 minutes later I had to go to the bar and reorder my glass of wine and mom's sweet tea. We then asked a waitress who came over to double check that our food was actually placed. She never came back. 15 minutes later they come back to tell us the one thing we ordered was out of stock. We reiterated we had been there for 30 minutes and at this point were in a time crunch and needed something to be quick and asked for suggestions and to bring whatever was ready out. 5:40 still no sign of a waiter or waitress checking on us, no one offered to get us more drinks and no sign of food. I finally found the manager who was 0 help and I asked her to please go check on our food. She stood there and did not help at all. Finally one nice guy went and found our food but by this point we had to leave as we had tickets to the Fox. I've never walked out and not paid for food but the service was that atrocious and there was absolutely no crowd or reason it should have been. No apologies either."

"I stumbled on this Lil BEST KEPT SECRET, while my car served on a day above the road I was so polite of the second I entered and treated so well in most Genuine way. The woman behind the counter was called Maria and she hand made me the most wonderful salad I wanted to take to Go, but loved the energy there I decided to eat. The owner was also a sweetheart, real deal mom and pop shops are rarity these days as they are a diet plan. If I find one where I feel like I did when I was a kid. I'll put it out of the ROOFTOPs. "Came here with my sister for brunch and it was pretty good. I'll admit the portions are gigantic but that's most brunch places. The potatoes were pretty crispy. We got the Mediterranean Benedict and it had a nice subtle flavor. The drink refills were also nice and the staff was also very friendly. Vegetarian options: There are good vegetarian options Parking: Park on the street in the side and back but it'll be hard to find spots Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a steep hill so I'm not sure how easy it is to access but there is a ramp somewhere"

"During my last visit, I made a mistake and realized after I left with takeout that I had locked my keys in my car. The general manager was very kind and generous—she replaced my food so that I could enjoy it hot when I got home. The decor at Anna's House is delightful; it feels warm, welcoming, and cheerful. I enjoy browsing through all the vintage kitchen treasures they have on display. I really appreciate restaurants that cater to those of us who can't eat gluten. They offer options for both gluten-free and vegan diets, and I've had three gluten-free meals here without any issues."

"Decided to give this place a try since they are advertising through Groupon and I live near by. Ordered the chicken egg rolls since this seems to be a best seller the ayoli sauce is what puts this appetizer over the top.
