"The hotel is quite nice overall, but I did have to fix the bathroom door to get it to open and close properly. The menu is somewhat limited, though it's decent enough. However, I understand why the restaurant isn't very popular. The prices are quite high, and the service was virtually nonexistent. We waited nearly three hours for our dinner to arrive. If the food was supposed to be served cold, it was warm; and if it was meant to be hot, it was cold. There was no discount offered, nor any apology for the long wait. They were, however, quick to bring the bill. Unfortunately, we had to cancel all our evening plans due to the delays. It felt like a tremendous waste of time. They might be better off closing the restaurant and installing a nice hot tub instead. While this place has potential, it doesn’t quite feel like a resort. Thankfully, most guests here are too elderly to leave reviews, but I'm sharing this feedback on behalf of my fellow retirees."
