"This will be our one and only visit to this restaurant sadly. We were looking forward to some good steak, but it was not to be. We had 5 PM reservations on New Year’s Eve, and the restaurant was completely empty. However, we were seated in a tight corner next to the only other two people in the entire restaurant. Obviously the couple was super annoyed by this, so we asked the maître d’ if we could be seated elsewhere in the restaurant. They said all the other tables were going to be filled, but we could sit at only one other table, if we promised to be done dining within 90 minutes, which we said would be no problem. We ordered right away, but it took the restaurant over 40 minutes to get us our food, even though the place was completely empty. Our tenderloins were pretty poor quality, and all the side dishes had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The truffle fries were dry and cold, and the iceberg wedge salad was not even iceberg lettuce. It was wilted romaine- pretty gross. With tip, everything came out to slightly over $400 for four people, and we only ordered 2 drinks. It was a truly unremarkable meal, and the kicker in all this was at the restaurant was still mostly empty as we were leaving. The servers seemed new and untrained. Ours dropped plates and silverware, and picked up fallen food with her hands. It was pretty gross to watch. It was New Year’s Eve, as I mentioned, but there was no manager around. There were lots of staff, however, milling around. If this place wants to stay in business, they need to work out these kinks and hire a better head chef."
