"I have no complaints about the food; in fact, I truly enjoy it. However, I am concerned about seeing an actual 10-year-old working behind the register, taking calls, and checking out customers. That poor child should be enjoying their childhood, not working for no pay. This situation seems to violate child labor laws, and I’m genuinely surprised that no one else has spoken up about it, especially since I’ve noticed children behind the counter on more than one occasion during my years of visiting this place. As for kid-friendliness, this is definitely not a supportive environment for the child working there. It feels like child labor laws are being broken, and that kid should be playing Roblox and enjoying time on the playground, not having a job."

"I've ordered from Hong Kong Chinese multiple times since moving to Stamford a few months ago and never had any issues—until tonight. When I opened my food, a ROACH crawled out of the container! This is absolutely disgusting. I called the restaurant and was connected to a manager who was shockingly indifferent and only said she would speak to the chef. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern. I told them to have the driver take the food back when he returned. When the driver came back, he asked me about the original plastic bag and there was back-and-forth about where the roach could have come from. I will NEVER order from here again. Stay far away!"

"great eating, friendly server!. my man and I eat in this little gem of a restaurant since we moved to perrysburg. the waitresses are always super friendly with big smiles on their faces. they have a large selection of combination plates that contain white/fried rice and a chicken roll for $7.75 and they get HUGE parts. I always have to eat home. they also serve the breakfast I never had, but thought it interesting that they had it. they are down on s. boundary next to hershy’s ice cream and all pizza shops. I would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for good Chinese food to good trips."

"Unlike some of the other reviews I read, I found my food (General Tso's Chicken) to be excellent. I ordered the lunch combo, and it arrived quickly in under 10 minutes. The rice was fresh, generously mixed with egg, carrots, and peas, and the chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. It wasn't too spicy and was well-balanced. The only downside was that a sign on the window indicated that orders had to be placed over the phone; I had to call the girl at the window using my cell phone to place my order, which seemed a bit unnecessary. Other than that, it was a delightful experience."

"We've had take-out from here about a dozen times or so over the past year. My basis for comparison are Chinese Restaurants we frequented for thirty years in the NJ/NY area.A favorite dish of mine is sesame chicken. I found the sesame chicken here to be so-so. It appears to be mostly dark meat, and I often find parts that should have been trimmed away included. The coating is not crispy or caramelized kind soggy, really.The sweet and sour chicken is hit-and-miss. Too often, I have found the pieces to be hard and greasy. Sometimes they are soft and moist. Could it be they are cooking these on spec and they are allowed to sit around too long? All the beef dishes I have had seem to be using low grade beef based on its toughness. The Orange Beef did not taste very orangey despite the evidence of rind/peels. The Won Ton soup is OK, but just OK.My wife often orders seafood dishes, and she has had no complaints.Finally, if you do order take out, check your order before you leave. We have received missing and incorrect orders. Last time the pork friend rice was just rice. No pork, or any other ingredients. That's not even on the menu...We still occasionally go there due to its convenient location for us, but I really can't recommend their beef or chicken dishes, or the wonton soups."

"I brought my cousin who was visiting from out of town, and she absolutely loved the steak and cheese. I really appreciate how attentive they are when you place your order; my fries always come out crispy just the way I like them, and the bread is perfectly toasted (who wants soggy bread?). Their fried rice, lo mein, and wings are delicious as well. I highly recommend this place—the food is fantastic! The only thing I think they could improve is the store’s appearance; it could use a bit of updating or a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, they’re great!"

"Blacl people be aware. When I walked in, there was a table pf about 10 people (old white people). One of them shout, "out '. The two.chinese women began to look at me aggressively as they attended to the table. At no point, did either one say hi. I stood there for a few minutes. Another white couple was in the booth. The man tried to look at me aggressively. Soon changed his mind. For the black.customers, if these Chinese people are nice to you, it is fake. Also, my shrimp toast was burned. I will see if I can post a picture. The treatment and food was terrible, all in the name of doing what their white evil customers started. There are better places to eat in Lawrenceville and to be treated with the respect you deserve."

"We have loved Neo China for my entire life but had not eaten there in about a year. We were excited that we got there today but we were quite disappointed. The recipes have changed. The portion size is very small. We ordered pork lomein. The noodles were overcooked and there was literally no flavor at all. General tso chicken was tasty but not spicy at all. I believe it was orange chicken because there was zero spice . Mogolian beef was not tender. The flavor was just alright . Edible. The egg rolls were soft and had very little meat or flavor .The soup was pretty good. Dumpings were good. They are polite and the service is prompt but this was our last visit to neo china. A plus was the food wasn’t overly greasy. Maybe they have a new cook? Not sure but today was not a good day."

"Wow, the reviews here seem to be polarized, but I've eaten here twice and wasn't disappointed either time. Once was a carry out and the other a dine-in so I can't say much for the delivery driver... My Gf and I love this place. The egg roll was easily the best I've ever had; freshly made. The selection was great, and the wait staff was an adorable duo of what I believe were the owners children. The Orange chicken is better than PF Chang's or Panda Express. Give it a shot."

"I was brought in to photograph a selection of dishes at this restaurant and discovered that they have been a family-run business for over 30 years. Mrs. Lin, one of the owners, shared a touching story about how she used to serve children who are now parents, and she is now serving their kids—what a remarkable full circle moment! The food here is both authentic and delicious. I tried the Happy Family Reunion and the Walnut Shrimp, and they were amazing! Unlike most Chinese restaurants where General Tso's Chicken is deep-fried, here it is not, and it’s absolutely delicious with just the right amount of spice. It’s such a delightful experience. During the pandemic, this place has been bustling with carry-out orders, and it's easy to see why: they genuinely care about the quality of their food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, and don’t forget to check out their Coomer location at 14 and Haggerty."
