Despite the friendly waitstaff, the spare ribs were a letdown as they were not served as a rack, but pre-cut, reheated, and ended up dry, tough, and overcooked. The unexpected 3% surcharge on credit card payments for bills over $100 was also a sour note. They should inform customers about this additional charge so we can make informed decisions about our spending. Maybe they should consider just adding 3% to all menu items or only accepting cash. This place has lost its charm.
