"Love Dickey's as a fast food BBQ...Avoid this location at all costs. Food was cold, they were out of multiple items.Once we tried our sausage and brisket, it was clear that it was not hot or warm...but slightly above room temperature. Talked to the new owners, and they offered to refund our money with their apologies--all seemed well. We agreed to come back some other time and try it again.They have not refunded our money...it not about the cost its about the service and the food.So like I said AVOID this Dicky's at all costs."
