"Excellent service from front door, to the tableside!We were immediately accommodated and introduced to our waiter, Bryce J.Bryce is the definition of an attentive, and customer service oriented gentleman.He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. He was continously attentive throughout our stay, and we have nothing but excellent things to say about him.The food, like our waiter, was excellent. We ordered the Surf n’ Turf which was cooked exactly to our liking. Our alcoholic drinks were strong, and included and additional side of liquor.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and it turned out to be a great choice, especially since other places fell short of my expectations. I ordered the Burning Love dish and indulged in several baskets of their amazing fries—I just can’t get enough of them! The red sauce that accompanies the fries is also a favorite of mine. The drink selection is varied and delicious, with the lemonades being particularly noteworthy. I recently tried the Fracked and Poppin Purple flavors, and both were fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, though the macaroni that the kids ordered wasn’t very good. On the bright side, the kids' drink options were quite impressive."

"Was not in a while and my granddaughter wanted something special for her birthday. Restaurant was terribly understated and there was a note on the door that displayed it. He was waiting for a seat for 30 minutes. Our waitress Ashley was very nice and did her best to be attentive to all her tables. The experience seemed a bit excited. Everything came out in time, but felt rushed. The fondue cheese sauce I ordered for my fries was cold. Did not get the opportunity to enjoy groundless pages, as this was ordered once never got it until we mentioned it again. Not sure if my granddaughter would have the birthday song due to regulations or under-disability problems, but that was not a possibility. The food was decent, not as I remember. Drinks were good. Ashley did the best she could and was very pleasant"

"Eventually, the food runner brought out the garlic fries, but without any sauces, and the portion was quite small. He mumbled something about being sorry it was a small serving and that they were working on making more. I didn't fully understand him since it was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The waitress took a long time to return to our table. We wanted refills for our kids' milk, and I needed a plate for the bones from my chicken wings. She finally came back, but she didn't mention my garlic fries. While she was attentive in refilling my husband's soft drink until the food arrived, she never brought me more water and didn’t stop by again until she dropped off the bill without asking if we needed anything else. I find it incredibly frustrating when the check arrives before we're finished. I had been planning to order dessert, but that idea went out the window. I ended up ordering a coffee, which I did apologetically, as if it were my fault she had brought the bill without checking in first. When she brought my coffee, she just set it down without asking if I wanted milk or sugar, and I didn’t see her again until she returned with a new bill 15 minutes later. Thankfully, I was able to use some of my child's milk for my coffee. It was a pretty lackluster experience. Then, just as we were finishing our meal, another order of garlic fries appeared. Did it really take that long to prepare fries? It was quite ridiculous. On a positive note, my little two-year-old daughter was allowed to have her own milk to share with her brother's meal."

"All good. Couple of suggestions. I know that this is an informal, kid-friendly place. Great beer menu. kid and individual pizzas brilliant. Fish and Chips surprisingly good. The Yukon Chips are a winner. Way ahead of most fast-food schlock. But inCalifornia wine country, having only two whites and one red, then running out of one of the whites is just a littleembarrassing. Next, the machine on the table where you pay and leave comments. The user interface is a joke."

"Despite being a chain, this place serves up some really tasty burgers and fries. I absolutely love the Blue Ribbon burger and the fact that the fries are bottomless. The burger was just as good as I remembered from my last visit a couple of years ago—no complaints at all! It's unfortunate that they no longer offer the same premium sauces they once did. The bottomless fries were fantastic! The staff was quick and friendly as well. I'm not a fan of their switch to plastic cups and paper towels to cut costs, but I understand that many chains are doing the same these days. Overall, I would definitely return. It's a solid choice for a burger chain!"

"So if you've been following from my last post about Up Down arcade then you would know I'm dating again YAY ME and this place here was the 3rd date of my love life and when I say the places that have been chosen to dine for my endeavors have been nothing shy of AMAZING and this place is the cherry on top now you would think that it's just burgers with all their different twist on classics but the ambiance is amazing to the seating the games on the tables THE FOOD and just the endless amounts of variations of fries you could have but yesterday's visit was possibly the best customer service EVER our waitress and I hope I'm spelling her name right Jamie when I say she was so cool and chill attentive and very interactive with us I hope she gets to see this and receive her praises THANK YOU JAMIE for making our dining VERY enjoyable she said and doesn't work Thursdays so if you guys are trying to get the Jamie experience don't go that day...."

"Red Robin burgers are consistently delicious! I ordered Red's Double Tavern Burger, while my wife opted for the Guacamole Burger. Both were fantastic and arrived at our table surprisingly quickly. However, we did experience a 15-minute wait to be seated, despite the restaurant being only about one-third full at 1:30 p.m. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. I did find it a bit chilly at our table, even though the weather outside was a pleasant 70 degrees. I really believe that all restaurants should ensure their tipped employees receive a living wage; maybe then there would be enough staff to seat and serve us even when the restaurant isn’t more than half full."

"When your server is so busy with her two other tables that she drops the refills as she speeds by. She is short and rude in her tone and speech. That is until it was time to pay. Then there were new workers there and she was suddenly super friendly and talkative. We normally tip 50% but could not justify but the minimum for this type of treatment. My family was wondering if we had done something to offend our server but we could not think of anything. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The food was well made. Our veggie burgers were cooked well. The zucchini fries are so tasty. My daughter loves the endless Mac n Cheese and oranges."

"We arrived and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and they were brought out quickly. She came back and took out food order and that also was brought out fairly quickly. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it. After we received our order though our waitress never came back to our table. We weren't able to get refills on our drinks ororder more fries. I don't know how the service went from really good to non existent."

"Red Robin offers amazing burgers. However, my experience with the service during an early Saturday evening dinner was not ideal. While we were seated quickly, it took our server quite a while to deliver our drinks and appetizers. On the bright side, the food was excellent and arrived in a timely manner. Overall, I would give the service a 4 out of 5. It was good, but it could have been improved with a bit more attentiveness from our server, especially since the restaurant wasn't very busy at that time."

"I recently discovered just how delicious Red Robin is and I must say, it truly lives up to the hype. As a child, I had a fondness for their mini corn dog bites and I still think they are excellent. The Oreo milkshakes are a personal favorite of mine, made fresh with an extra serving in the mixer. The crispy chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty and the bottomless fries are a definite highlight. The Red Robin original seasoning at each table is a must-try. The service is quick, with convenient tablets for paying the check, and the atmosphere is adorned with modern art (some of which may be a bit too patriotic for some tastes). The only downside is that it is also a ghost kitchen, but this is a minor issue. Overall, I give Red Robin 5 stars for their great food and service."

"Customer service here is very accommodating. I had problems with the mobile app somehow set my Curbside order at a later time instead of ASAP. Your manager quickly came out to confirm the order and got the food running. I have my food in less than 15 minutes. In addition, I come home and find out that my Smokehouse Brisket Burger had no bride! I called the shop and the manager was thrilled to have made a whole new burger for the problems. Thanks for hard work and keeping everyone happy"

"We appreciated the tablet on the table that offered a variety of games for about $2.49 or $2.99 (I can't remember the exact price). The selection kept my daughter entertained the entire time, with options like painting pages, Bubble Pop, and Toca Town! The service was excellent; our server consistently updated us on our orders and made sure our drinks were always filled. The adults ordered the Monster Burger with Sweet Potato Fries and the Southern Charm Burger with regular fries. The Southern Charm Burger was a first for me, and it was incredibly delicious! The caramelized onions and crispy bacon were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was just divine—messy but definitely worth it! Although the restaurant is a bit out of the way, the exceptional food and top-notch service make it worth a visit if you’re ever in Topeka!"

"I tried the Royal burger with a soft egg and it was delicious! The garlic fries with seasoned salt were also fantastic. The root beer float with soft serve was excellent. This restaurant is family-oriented, so be prepared for young children expressing their opinions and their parents. Personally, I enjoy the lively atmosphere. Bring the family, order a big burger and fries. Our waiter, a young man, had impeccable timing. The staff here is energetic and great."
