"I never really give bad reviews off of my first experiences with restaurants. If I don?t like the food I never review either. Some people just have different taste. However I ordered food from this location and they gave me food which was completely RAW.I understand this may not happen all the time and can happen at restaurants. However if you choose to eat here check your foodto be sure it?s cooked. Door dash did a wonderful job of fixing the problem by refunding my money. However when I called thestore to let them know the food was uncooked they didn?t seem to care. I got passed around from employee to employee. Finallythe manager told me doordash would refund me but issued no apology about the uncooked food. I wouldn?t really care if it wereburnt or tasted bad, but this was unsafe food to give out."

"The food at this restaurant is tasty, but I was disappointed when I ordered a barbecue burrito and received a burrito filled mainly with rice and beans and only a small amount of meat. While I understand that burritos typically contain rice and beans, this one had an excessive amount compared to the meat. It was a bad experience, and I believe they should make it clear on the menu that the burrito does not have much meat and is mostly rice and beans."

"This was our second time ordering from here, and we absolutely love the food! Everyone was pleased with their meals. However, it would be helpful if they labeled the burritos so we don’t have to open each one to figure out what's inside. Additionally, both times we've ordered the chicken sandwich combo, we didn’t receive the soda that was supposed to come with it—though I suppose that’s what you get when ordering through DoorDash. Aside from that, the food was fantastic, and we plan to make this one of our go-to spots!"

"I’ve been coming to bubbakoos very often the last couple of weeks as it’s on the way to work. I wasn’t sure if I would like their food the first time I went, as burritos are very hit or miss for me. But every single time I get my chicken and beef burrito I have been super happy with it. And the people that work there are SUPER nice. One of the guys there remembers me and my order now. Which makes getting in and out when I gotta get to work a breeze. I very much reccomend this place to anyone who wants a tasty burrito. The last time I went I also got a cheese and rice quesadilla which I was also super happy with. 10/10 would highly reccomend."

"I wasn't particularly impressed with my experience. The bowl I ordered lacked appeal; the toppings appeared watery and blended together rather than having distinct layers, resembling more of a tossed salad. On a positive note, the chips and dip were exceptional! I was pleasantly surprised because chips and dip seem like a basic offering, but they really excelled in that area. The chips were delicious on their own! We tried the jerk seasoning and sriracha ranch, both of which had a nice kick. My partner found the tacos to be just okay. As a side note, the restaurant does offer a unique flavor profile that seems to blend modern Tex-Mex with authentic Mexican cuisine. It's worth a visit, but definitely don't skip the chips and dip!"
