"I ordered two pizzas and an order of cinnamon sticks from Mrjims.pizza. Unfortunately, everything was overcooked, especially the cinnamon sticks, which were burnt. I called and politely spoke with Chelsea about the issue, but she was dismissive and rude. Although she did offer to send a replacement order or provide a credit for a future purchase, I chose to have the order remade. After waiting over an hour, it became clear that wasn’t going to happen. My children, aged 6 and 10, were quite disappointed. The credit offered applies only to a future order, which feels frustrating since it doesn’t resolve the problem with the initial overcooked food."
