"I enjoy the Walnut Cafe, but their Basic B breakfast needs improvement. The Basic B is two eggs any style, two sides, plus optional meat. The scrambled eggs weren't freshly made looked like a reheated omelette. The pork sausage? A microwaved patty! Come on. I've had great breakfasts here, but this morning was not one. Also, in general, please consider changing the suggested gratuities (20%, 23%, 25% of the TOTAL bill). It should be a percentage of the subtotal, and since you add a 2% fee for using a credit card it's a bit much to ask customers to also select from options where the minimum tip is 20% (granted one can enter a custom tip amount)."
