"Go to Hardees in St. Pauls, NC almost every morning. In the last two weeks I have had to take my order back twice. The first time bacon egg was so hard and burnt I couldn't eat it. The second time which was this morning I paid for bacon egg and got grits. Management is awful and they was a car parked at the door and people couldn't get out of drive thru and no one ask him to move. Had to back out of drive thru and go in. They have lost my business!"

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Stopped by on June 6th at 7pm. Tried to order through drive through but the person kept interrupting with the wrong order. This happened 3 times before I parked and went in. The man was not wearing a mask behind the counter and started blaming me for him not being able to hear my clear and consice order. I explained to him I was borderline yelling at the box outside. The man said I was lying. I asked if he was telling me I was wrong. He said yes, your wrong. There are limited jobs out here. You would think people would be carefull how they talk to customers. This man was rude and was not following guidelines set by his own store. A review of this mans performance at least is necessary. I will be contacting corporate and BBB about my interaction today as well."

"I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed confused and unaware of what was happening. I ordered two chicken strip platters, which were supposed to come with coleslaw and toasted bread, but instead, I received five chicken strips and fries. When I brought it back to the front, the cashier insisted that it was what I ordered, but I wasn't happy at all. I don't think I'll ever return to this place; the food was subpar, the tables were dirty, and overall, it was just a poor experience."

"I?ve tried this Hardee?s several times while the other 2 in Charleston have great food this one falls short. 3 times in a row something has been wrong on my order. This time I waited about 7 minutes for my meal only to get cold fries and my hamburger wasa ham sandwich. On top of that the bun was hard as a rock. Hate giving bad reviews but this specific Hardee?s has to step theirgame up! It?s crazy that in 4 visits over a 3 month period 3 meals were wrong or burnt or cold. Not happy at all! They are nicebut food is lacking"

"This location has obviously changed management because the quality has went way down. Every time I go there the food has been sitting under a warmer and it is old tasting. I have to ask for new food every weekend I go there and then get undercooked food. Management is terrible here"

"damn, they literally only give them 2 pieces ketchup one sauce, but their chicken stripes / tender comb is delicious. beautiful south fried golden delicious meat w/tender white meat. I got a 3 piece and was glad I didn't get the 5 and her medium drink is like a big one. crispy pommes have a Lil skin on her yum! the fries filled the whole thing away. that was hot. Gr8 burger breakfast also collects. fast friendly service super fast eating! do not sleep on them?"

"I've never been before. Hardee has a great fast food burger. It bigger and full to go to the burger with great options. Their regular burgers are compared to deluxe burgers in other places. It takes a little longer than maybe his other fast food friends, but it's worth it. The hours are also later what is helpful after the trip."

"I had a great experience at the restaurant. The burger was delicious, and I also tried the chicken sandwich, which was really good. The place appeared very clean, and the staff was friendly. I chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru so I could see how my food was being prepared, and I was pleased with what I saw. There were no signs of poor hygiene, like staff touching their faces or coming in from outside before handling food. Overall, everything looked clean and well-maintained."

"I ordered a combo that came with five chicken strips and onion rings, plus a Sprite. Initially, I was given sweet tea instead of the Sprite. After moving forward in line, I waited about two minutes before receiving my onion rings, which were nice and hot. However, the chicken strips I got on Legion Rd. were only lukewarm. I realized that you have to specifically ask for hot food! Lesson learned: always request your food to be hot. On the positive side, the onion rings were really delicious!"

"I’m not quite sure what you mean, but I just had to share my thoughts! I’m from the DC area and I think this place really deserves more recognition. Honestly, I’ve never even seen a Hardee's in Southern Maryland, but I decided to give it a shot based on some strong recommendations. Wow! I think the deliciousness really comes down to their grilled sourdough burger made with real meat, fresh tomatoes, and mayo. It might be more of an East Coast specialty, but it’s absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t stop myself; I kept going back for more bites. It really reminded me of how my mom used to make burgers when I was growing up. I’m giving it a solid 5 stars!"

"I ordered a "superstar," a double mushroom Swiss, and large fries. The fries were decent. The mushroom Swiss was salty and overcooked, but tolerable. The "superstar" I received was not as expected - it only had a single patty with cheese and a bit of mayo, missing lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauces. I called the restaurant and was informed that they have a new chef in the kitchen. I received a refund from them."

"I love Hardee's burgers they are the best. I'd always noticed that the phrase never lost so I did an experiment I didn't eat any fries. When I got home surprise, the fries container was half But let me caution you about the store on JFK McCain Blvrd. DO NOT get large fries, they do not fill the container. You still end up getting small. I was outraged!!!! Never again will I buy at that restaurant. Also, got a bacon cheeseburger , just got a burger not even with cheese."

"I typically like to prepare my own tacos or taco salads, but a few years back, a friend recommended I try the taco salad at Hardee's. I gave it a chance, and I'm so glad I did! Hardee's offers the best taco salads, and their tacos are excellent as well. They also serve amazing chicken. I'm a big fan of their chocolate shakes—they're simply fantastic! Thank you, Hardee's, for making your shakes so perfect. I did have to return an order once, but the manager personally addressed my issue and ensured everything was taken care of."

"The speaker was malfunctioning, but that was fine because I can share my experience face to face. We ordered the 10-piece chicken delicacy meal, which comes with a family side and a half-gallon of tea. My little cousin Lily and I decided to have a picnic in the truck. I asked if we could get some plates, spoons, and forks, along with two cups of ice. They informed me that they needed to prepare something and suggested I wait. While we waited, they brought out our cups and the half-gallon of tea. The food arrived hot and fresh, complete with spoons and sauces. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent! "The dasher definitely deserves 5 stars, but if it were up to me, Hardee's wouldn't earn even one. The dasher informed me that they never received my order due to issues with their system. I reached out to support (who were fantastic, by the way), and they managed to contact Hardee's directly to place the order for me. The dasher also confirmed that she placed the order after figuring out how to resolve the issue on her end. Despite two people attempting to ensure the order was made correctly, 75% of my order was missing from the bags. I ordered four combos and two extra sandwiches, but only received one combo. I ended up having to place another order elsewhere and wait all over again!"

"2/$5 Roast Beef does not look like what is advertised. Asked manager on duty why so little meat when the picture shows a huge amount. She shrugged her shoulders and said corporate told us to make them that way. The sign is our large one we sell. I told her that was false advertising and she once again shrugged her shoulders and said, I?d have to take it up with them. I sent pictures to corporate and the auto reply was, thanks for sharing we will address your concern. No one ever responded back about how rude the manager was nor why this little amount of roast beef was put on the sandwiches."

"Hardee's has always been my go-to spot for fast food breakfast, as they usually get it right. However, this time it was a different story. I think I know exactly what happened: I placed my breakfast order just a few minutes before they switched to lunch. As a result, I ended up with some old, dried-up tater tots that had clearly been sitting in the window for too long. While they looked nice, I wasn't pleased. The two sandwiches I ordered were also dry, and it all cost me over $30!"
