"Just to clarify about the 4 star service. My server was wonderful I just had to wait for the fabulous Pina Colada a bit too long. Not sure if the bartender was on break but when I was finally served WOWZA. THE Best! The shrimp cocktail was authentic but next time I'll remember to ask for no ketchup in mine. I still enjoyed it with a little ugh remembering that's how it's made in Tijuana and Mexicali. I'll come back for the Colada ..this coming Monday!! I can't wait!!"

"A group of 5 of us wanted Mexican food during our vacation and unfortunately we tried Mariachi's. I should have known better when we stood behind the door second in line and nobody acknowledged our presence for at least 10 minutes. Once seated we were given a small basket of chips and salsa ad our drinks. We ordered our food and it took 55 minutes to get it. We had given up and were about to get up and leave when they brought our food. The food was mediocre at best and they never offered or brought us any salsa, hot sauce or anything to add flavor to our bland food. Not once did anyone check on us after we got our food to see if we were satisfied. We had to flag someone down later to pay our bill. When our original server showed up after being MIA for at least an hour she asked how we liked it. I told her we were not satisfied that is almost took an hour to get our food. She said I was busy I couldn't believe her reply and after that I made my mind up to not leave any tip for the first time in many years. They were a little busy when we sat down and the restaurant quickly emptied and we watched a few workers stand around the bar talking and they paid no attention to any of the customers. I would avoid this restaurant unless you like mediocre food and subpar service."

"Summary: Not good Mexican if you're vegan Service: the servers we all really nice and attentive as well as accommodating to the whole vegan thing. Ambience: typical bright Mexican joint with nice seating. Definitely one of the larger places in town with decent operating hours. Food: unfortunately, after all those positives... the food was pretty terrible. The beans and rice were unseasoned with salt, pepper, any spice. The salsa was definitely not fresh and tasted more like canned tomato paste that was watered down. They gave us a total of two tortillas for our veggie fajitas. The guac was really just mashed avocado with no seasoning as well. Lastly, the veggie fajitas were really undercooked (crunchy), oily, and unseasoned again. I don't know if it is because Kauai is mainly a destination for old, rich, mayonnaisey white people with no cultured taste buds and therefore Mariachi's makes it's food for the average Wonderbread eater, but for us, it just wasn't really edible. Coming from Florida, traveling to the South West, we know good Mexican and this was not it."

"Reservations probably not required​, place wasn't busy when we went. Poblano enchiladas were excellent, as were the Rincon enchiladas. The squash and asparagus which came with the enchiladas were outstanding, smoky and of perfect texture. The salsa with chips was also smoky and flavorful. Presentation was colorful. Only negative: the enchiladas were not particularly hot when served."

"Me and my wife were on the hunt for some good food and a good special to go with it on a Monday evening. El Rincon popped up as the spot. First off, the chips and salsa were so good that it's easy to polish off a basket of warmed freshly made tortillas chips with salsa that's good enough to drink. Happy hour is all day on Monday's so I got a couple $3 drafts that were fresh and cold (some people know what fresh draft beer is compared to flat draft beer). My wife got a blended margarita that was great for $5. We shared the chicken fajitas meal that we were telling ourselves were some of the best authentic fajitas we had in a long time. The Charo Beans that come on the side were something that were a stand out two thumbs up. The only thing I did not care for was the rice, but I'm not a big rice person to begin with so I may not be the best critic when it comes to that department. Our bill was $30 so I was doing my happy dance for great food and drinks for a great price. Seems that this place has a good special for any day of the week except Sunday from what I recall. We will plan another trip with the kids sometime in the near future."

"The food is always really good. I felt the burrito w carne molida was downgraded but nevertheless still delicious. What I would suggest is do not order through the website/it becomes doordash and they do not deliver. I ordered around 11:20am was supposed to get delivery between 12-12:10pm.. it was 1PM and never arrived and i was left starving. I felt bad for the restaurant itself because I am sure they did their part yet doordash delivery guy never appear and pizza city looses not only the food they made but the money that was paid since they must refund you for it which it seems unfair."

"I’ve come here quite a bit over the years and they usually do not disappoint but the last couple of times, it’s taken forever for the food to come (at least 30-45 mins from when I first placed the order). They were not particularly busy nights either. The waitstaff have all been nice but I would not recommend coming here if you want to get in an out within an hour.I’ve talked about this with a lot of people and we wish they’d make a kid menu (like the restaurant across the street) given the amount of kids in the neighborhood that dine here."

"We typically enjoy great experiences at Besito, but this visit was quite different. We were seated at a small table that barely had enough space for our plates and drinks. The waitress hardly checked on us, and when she did, she never offered to clear away any of our items. There was also a misunderstanding with one of our ordered dishes, and there was no attempt to resolve it. Perhaps it was just an off day, but it left us with a negative impression this time."

"Don't let the strip mall location fool you. It doesn't look like much on the outside but inside you will find great service, great food and a nice atmosphere. "My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Pompano Beach and one of our main priorities was to enjoy some incredible food and seafood during our trip. We were not disappointed! This restaurant is extremely charming. The parking lot is a bit tight, but it is easy to access the place. The food was absolutely fantastic - I ordered the Irish Benedict and it was delicious, I highly recommend it. The hollandaise sauce was superb, which is saying a lot as I have had my fair share of bad hollandaise sauce in the past. The home fries were tasty, but they seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. My husband ordered the Pig Pen Omelette and he said it was the best breakfast omelette he has ever had in his life! He is a big food enthusiast like me, so that is high praise. Our waitress, Barbie, wasn't the friendliest but she had a unique charm and personality about her that we appreciated, especially coming from the tough streets of Chicago."

"Family friendly dining at affordable prices! The food was wonderful! All five of us scarfed our food on both trips to this restaurant during our stay in Haight Ashbury. I wish I had taken a picture of some of our food while we were here, but alas wewere so hungry I didn?t even have a chance! "This Colombian restaurant and café is cool and authentic. The service is friendly and the place is very clean. Despite appearing small from the outside, the interior is surprisingly spacious. The food was delicious, with standout items being the empanadas and the flavorful and crispy chicken. The Patacones were good overall, but the fried plantains were a bit dry and lacked flavor. While they weren't our favorite, the chicken and beef dishes were tasty, especially when paired with the sauces. The Especial Sasha's was good overall, even though some individual components were lacking."
