"While the service was great, at least my dish was tasteless and cold. The Prime Rib was presented as rare, not med rare and the Brussel Sprouts were cold when I got them. The fresh grated horseradish, while having good taste, lacked the heat associated with it. I have had their ribs in the past and they were extremely good, as is their steak soup, even though bowl was small and only filled half way. The fresh hot bread was already cooled down by the time we got it. So for individuals, you may be taking your chance, it may be excellent, or may be mediocre at best. However, they are less expensive than similar steakhouses, but could use some improvement in quality, but also far less expensive. Also note, that our reservation as for and didn't get seated for about minutes. Place only had a handfull of customers at that time"
