"I’m from Sacramento and recently visited my sister and her husband, who wanted to check out this pho restaurant. We gave it a try, and I’m glad we did! They use only Wagyu beef in their pho, and the broth was delicious while the meat was incredibly tender. We also ordered a few other dishes, including the sizzling Wagyu carpaccio, which was delightful and prepared right in front of us—such a cool experience! For dessert, we had some taro teppanyaki, and oh my goodness, I wanted more! Unfortunately, I didn’t snap a photo because we devoured it so quickly. It was flaky, buttery, and just absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely return when I’m in town. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, a fantastic place!"
