"We regularly visit Cooper's Hawk, and this was by far the best experience we've had there. Everything, from the food to the excellent service, exceeded our expectations. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual, it turned out to be a fantastic night out. We had made reservations, so we were seated right away and looked after by our waitress, Heather. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal!"
