"If it were possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars. I placed an order through their website using the Slice app for two large pizzas, scheduled for pickup at 5:30 PM, giving them a four-hour notice. I paid online and even left a generous tip! However, when I arrived at 5:29 PM, the staff looked at me as if I were crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. After checking their online orders, they realized there was no record of my pizzas. The restaurant was full of customers, and yet there was no pizza ready for me. Apparently, no one had informed the staff that they accepted online orders. I ended up going to Casey's and spent $20 less. Since it’s Jake’s, I might give it another try in the future, but not anytime soon."
