"Must Read We arrived at 11am on a Sunday and were seated within 15 mins for a party of 8. We sat at the table for approx 20 mins without being acknowledged. After asking the waiter assisting the table next to us for assistance she advised that she would find out who had our table. Alyssa our waiter came over and stayed there was confusion as to who had our the section but luck for us we had her . (That was a joke because Alyssa ' s service was TRASH and I 'm pretty sure if we were lucky our luck had just run out). He grabbed drinks for the table and tossed the straws down on the table in a very questionable manner. After placing our order we waited well over an hour before food started to arrive. The food did not come out at the same time. It was to the point where I had to request the manger come over. She explained that the kitchen was short staffed but would rush the two orders that had not been received. My food in particular came out 15 mins after everyone else. After speaking with the Manager Marilyn (very nice lady) Alyssa our server comes back to the table and says So what 's the deal in an aggressive manner where she was kindly dismissed by a member of my party because it would not have ended well for her. Marilyn came back to the table to inform us that she deducted 50% of the bill. Alyssa then comes back with the bill re-iterating what he manager had already communicated and stated this was a real good deal . At this point I was beyond annoyed with her and her antics behavior. I had to ask her name and the correct spelling. She then proceeds to ask why. It 's never ending with this her. Her service is TRASH! The food however was good. Our experience was really bad!!!! Just go to another location and hope for the best!"

"This was our first time visiting Keke's.We were greeted right away, sat at a clean booth, and greeted by a nice girl, however she never told us her name, but we read our recipe later. Danisha, I believe, is how it is spelt. We ordered two Philly Cheesesteak Pressed sandwiches, she upsold me on adding bacon, which was a great recommendation! Before our food came out, she delivered condiments, napkins, and made sure our drinks were full. Great work! Really appreciated her attentiveness at that point.10 minutes after placing the order it was delivered and tasted wonderful! We were very pleased to know that Keke's had got it right on a staple dish!Unfortunately our experience had shifted at this point. We were not checked in on after food delivery or asked if we would like anything in additionto our meal, an opportunity to bump our check total was missed.11:58, after looking around for our server for 10 minutes, we decided to go to the front to pay our ticket. Our waitress was standing amongst 4 others, drinking Starbucks, and talking about murders, and stabbings going on in the area. These are seemingly little details but as a manager in a local restaurant mysel, I take great pride in providing bith positive and onstructice criticism on how we can make a community of small/locally owned business better! Our experience was nice and we do intend to return, but a few things were missed by this location. Dirty section across from us, with low traffic and full staff. 30 minutes from us first being sat/seeing it, the host did a pass by sweep. Underneath was still covered with debrise. Blonde woman with bun was openly eating in the kitchen. Cross contamination is a concern. No table touch from manager. Our experience could be discussed had anyone had checked on the customer. Had to chase our check. We are 20% tippers and today we were still, but this is an example of what can affect a tip.Side conversations, especially of a topic that can put a bad taste in peoples mouths, should be left for a less public broadcasting.Thank you for a great tasting meal. Please accept this review as constructive and encouraging."
