"time the last time we'll go here. I made reservations on Open Table, got to the restaurant, there was no reservation. I showed the hostess my email confirmation she said they haven't set up Open Table on their ipad yet, only Yelp she also said she could transfer it over, whatever that means. We DID NOT earn points for using the ap by the time she seated us I just let it go cuz we could hardly understand her not very good English. Everything just got even worse from there! My chopped salad was full of red cabbage, hardly any greens the dressing was so sweet I couldn't eat it all. The ceasar salad had no dressing on it the lump of dressing that was brought to us tasted like mayo a ton of anchovies, it was awful! The minestrone soup tasted like it came from a can, was not offered any cheese nor did it come with it on it. So, we're thinking how much worse can this get. OMG! Lasagna was full of cheese, big globs of it. Husband asked if they could do a chicken fettuccine with creme sauce, angel hair pasta mushrooms. It was so bland. No amount of saltpepper graded parmessan cheese made it any better. They charged us for it to. We are so disgusted disappointed! The only good thing was our server, but the other wait person was running back forth to his tables he was waiting on, which was pretty distracting. I'm not kidding! He ran the whole time! Never have we seen a wait person running. There was no reason to. There will be no second chance"

"This place always looks busy and the reviews seemed decent, so we thought we’d give it a try and grab some takeout. Wish I had decided to let it remain a mystery. $51 for two tiny pizzas and 14 shredded pieces of romaine really? The pizzas were barely 9 inches in diameter, and they were not good for almost $20 each I would have expected much more, at least something very flavorful and fresh tasting. There was nothing special about this dough, nor the toppings to justify that ridiculous price, especially not when you can go to any number of restaurants in the area and get a pizza that’s twice the size and much better tasting for the same price. The crust was chewy and hard, yet inexplicably uncooked in the middle. I paid for extra cheese and I guess it’s a good thing I did because if not, there probably wouldn’t have been any on the pizza at all. The “large” caesar salad was the biggest joke of all it wasn’t even $1 worth of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese, a few croutons and a couple anchovies, I mean c’mon $13? Even with all the price gauging going on in this current economy, that’s absurd. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the young girl who brought our order out was very friendly and capable. Maybe the other food on the menu is better, maybe the dine in experience makes everything taste better and seem like a better deal I will never know but pizza is usually a pretty good barometer for the quality of an Italian restaurant. If you can’t slap some sauce and cheese on bread and make it taste good, can I trust you’d be able to prepare anything more complex? Probably not. Either way, 100% do not recommend ordering pizza or salad from here unless you’re not hungry and you like overpaying for food."

"OH MY STARS!! Was this ever a diamond in the rough! I must have passed by here a zillion times and not noticed an amazing restaurant humbledly tucked on Washington, just west of Eastern. My good friend and her family live around the bend and they hadn't heard or seen this place either. We are always looking for good places to try and it took me fumbling on yelp to come across it and I did a double take because I couldn't believe this was coming up as a opened restaurant, patio/outdoor seating, and the pictures and reviews had me intrigued. I sent the page info to my friend and she was in shock. I called on a Saturday but was discouraged not getting through. We got n our hopes up we though. I tried the next day and voila! Confirmed so we made plans to try it and if we didn't feel the vibe we had plan b in mind. ? ? No plan b z needed! We were in love from just pulling into the parking lot. We loved the outdoor setup, the soothing music and the food being carried out matching pictures we had seen. With our masks on we LOVED the measures the staff took for following COVID 19 regulations. The staff was overwhelmingly charming, going above and beyond to make you/us welcome. The temporary, condensed menu was amped with absolutely everything sounding so great ... the prices had us fo a double take because it was such a breath of fresh air to not see menu prices actually were unbelievably affordable. We each had felt like having some vino with whatever we ordered and oh my goodness were we treated like royalty sampling until we found what was suitable and they were all delicious. The staff so accommodating, brought out the infamous garlic bread I had read about in reviews O. M. G. ?. We've all had garlic bread at some point but this was beyond delicious. I didn't even have to ask for balsamic vinegar and olive oil they brought it out ?. Between 3 of us we ordered Fettucini Ai Funghi Porcini Con Capesante E Gamberi, Linguini Alle Vongole, and Fettucini Alfredo with spinach and chicken oh my goodness!!! Fresh, ample, savory, incredible. We split a tiramisu that was absolutely divine! We were all in love ? ? ? ????????. Simply bliss! Congratulations to the owner and staff for this gem of a restaurant. To know this menu is the temporary condensed version of their full menu, I am speechless. Everyone around us ordered different dishes and we were star struck ?. Clean, quaint, absolutely a winner. Will we be back? Uhh yeah!"
