"My visit to this restaurant was unpleasant due to the staff who made me feel extremely uncomfortable in front of my friends when we grabbed a few pizza slices before an event. The employees made rude remarks and were unapologetic when I addressed them about it, continuing to make derogatory comments throughout my visit. "The hostesses we're great! I even met a former employee in the Ladies Room, and SHE was great. Our server on the pizza side, however, left a lot to be desired. She started off good, but after she brought the appetizers, with no plates and napkins, I knew there were going to be issues. We were fortunate enough to flag her down and asked for the plates, and napkins. Later on, after bringing our actual food (it was 45 minutes for my friend's deep dish pizza, and this was fine . . . let me continue . . . she eventually stopped by to see if there was anything else we needed. Honestly, we were nearly done, then she realized she hadn't brought our drinks. Perhaps it was her memory of serving drinks to the table across the room, or her memory of our order . . . Or maybe she looked at the table, and thought it looked strangely without cups that influenced her to quickly leave and return with our drinks MORE THAN an hour after having ordered them . . . Or maybe it was the look on our faces when she asked, in good form, if there was anything else we needed? You may be wondering why we didn't ask for the drinks sooner? It wasn't for lack of trying. Our server wasn't around, and when she or the gentleman server we're on the floor, they couldn't see or hear us. Oh, except for when he tried to give us someone else's order, and the proper owners scoffed loud enough that he made a beeline for their table. It was very fast. Now, the food was fabulous! There was lasagna, that deep dish pizza, Italian Wedding Soup, bread and another tasty appetizer. Despite the absentminded service we received that day, I WILL BE GOING BACK! I also recommend you give it a try. If you get our server, be prepared. You may have to get up out of your seat and go over to the kitchen yourself a few times, to ensure timely receipt of your order."

"Second visit here, and was truly looking forward to it. Our first visit was many months ago since we don 't live near the restaurant. We had found their pizza and Caprese salad delicious, so we wanted to explore more of their menu. We arrived around 5pm last Friday to find the restaurant not very busy, but this was on since -like many places- they appeared to be short-staffed. In fact, a manager ended up being our server for the evening. Fresh baked bread slathered with garlic butter was promptly brought out while we perused the menu. My wife ordered Chicken Piccata and I decided on the Chicken Marsala. We each got a Caesar 's Salad as well. As we were finishing our salads, the manager/server apologetically informed us that she had mistakenly forgotten to put our order into the kitchen, and that our meals would be a bit longer coming out. We shrugged it off, as this would give us time to digest the large salads. About 20 minutes later our food was brought out, fresh and hot. Her Chicken Piccata was tasty and 'mostly ' tender from her description. However, the chicken breast in my Marsala dish was tough as leather. I could tell it was cooked too hot and too fast. The Marsala sauce was more like a mushroom gravy, nothing like a Marsala wine sauce. When the manager/server checked on us, asking me if the sauce was ok, I let her know that my chicken was too tough to chew. She asked me again about the sauce, admitting they had to doctor it up from being too salty earlier in the day. I told her it was alright, but reiterated that my chicken was too tough to chew. She replied that she would bring us some to-go boxes soon. She never once replied to my statement about the tough chicken, not offered a replacement or discounted bill. We 'll have to reconsider visiting Roma Mia a third time since NOTHING was done to correct the ONE issue I had with the place. Four days later my leftovers are still in the fridge waiting to be thrown out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"Usually we absolutely love baggio but our last two visits were not as great and I'm leaving this to be honest because I want this place to do well. The staff has always been on point but this summer seems there's many new servers who don't know the menu . We know the food well as we do family celebrations here for years . On this visit both my dinner and my friends looked and tasted nothing like the very same dishes we've had many many times . Example the special penne vodka comes drizzled with pesto and had fresh burrata on top . Mine came out no pesto no cheese . My friend ordered the salmon pasta it's always creamy with the salmon beautifully sauced and flavored . His came out plain pasta and salmon no sauce . Almost as if the normal chef wasn't there . Pasta was either so mushy or not cooked . Very weird for this place . Usually perfect ."

Ordered almost $100 worth of food 2 times and both times were delivered by BICYCLE and took over a half hour and the Pizza’s and dinners came ice cold and Calamari was very soggy!! Btw since Covid this establishment has gone down hill so don’t trust recent reviews !!!Owner gets very defensive and wouldn’t ever credit anything as he said food was sent out in timely manner and doesn’t understand you can’t keep food warm by bicycle!Was there for Valentines Day and there is no heat and everyone wore their full coats, so romantic So very bad customer service and will never order again from here. "Rating: 4.8 Stars! The Pavilion SPECIAL pizza is a must-try, featuring pepperoni, peppers, onions, mushrooms, sausage, meatballs, and mozzarella. This pizza was absolutely delicious!
