He became upset and said he would tell Michelle to close my account before hanging up on me.
Last week, Michelle assured me that someone from FedEx would come to pick up the mistakenly sent coffee. However, as of today—one week later—no one from FedEx has shown up. It has been over three months with many empty promises from Michelle.
I would like to know what steps I need to take to obtain a refund from Venda Ravioli, rather than continue receiving empty assurances from Michelle."
