"The reviews over hype this place. Don't get me wrong there are good things about this place however, there are some important cons. Anywho let's start with the pros.Pro:Excellent service/attentive/caring/informativeThe bread sticks/appetizers are really good!Bathrooms relatively clean/Lobby/dining areas are also clean. The wait time was decent for my recent experience for the seating.Sauces was delicious! To go boxes sturdyOur waiter gave us extra chocolate which was really sweet of them. I forgot their name but they deserve a raise. They were new and stressed but they seem to handle such a stressful job very well. Thank you ?Parking is good though and it seems wheel chair accessible.Cons:Tables seated for three are a little too small. No arm room and it just felt way too crowded.I got marinara and noodles. They were so bland and tasted like water. I couldn't finish the meal so I just kept eating the bread sticks. I'm disappointed since we had a long wait time for the food. The price was not worth it for the quality of what I got.Last time I was here, I had an 4+ hour wait time. We didn't end up eating there but I wanted to mention that.I know there's more pros than cons, however in my opinion the weight of the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately. Now I would not say it's a terrible place to go, I would just have to say that it's over all okay. I personally wouldn't go unless it's just for the bread sticks."

"I frequent Olive Garden, pretty regular. I have one right around the corner from where I live, but I don't go there. I travel to go to the one near Parma town, which is where I lived for 20 years. They always have parking. They always have plenty of staff the place is always neat and tidy, except for that darn front door that they continue not to fix so us people over 40 can open it easier and get inside. This is a pretty good place to dine. I've been here probably six or eight times in the last 10 months and I don't review every time I go, but I went here again by accident since red lobster up the street had just opened and they couldn't see me because they had to wait for a table to dry, really?? So went here got seated in the farthest table in the farthest corner, which I thought was hysterically funny Maybe I didn't fit their decor cause I had a T-shirt on today it was 70° out. They change the menu again and unfortunately they haven't changed the prices on their websites because everything was much more expensive on these this menu than it was on the websites I ordered chicken margarite not knowing what that was but I had spaghetti twice yesterday, so I don't know why I went to a spaghetti place, but I did, the chicken margarita came with broccoli and ended soup bowl so I had a couple of bowls of soup and I ate the broccoli and unfortunately the chicken was not cooked thoroughly so I set it aside and the server made note and told the manager who is over in no timewho got me new chicken but no extra cost and I would've never asked for all that service, but boy did I get service today again never disappointed no matter how often"

"I really hate to give a two-star rating, but I want to be honest about my experience so if I add all the factors together I feel I have two star service. First, the hostess who welcomed us was not kind at all, as expected when you enter a food facility. She was rude and seemed disturbed. At first I thought it was me, but my husband came in a few minutes after we sat and asked me what the hostess problem was, unnecessary to say he got the same treatment. Secondly, our waiter was either not very well trained or new. Will someone please teach him that you do NOT give the top of a drinking glass while serving, no one wants to put their lips where you just had your hand, especially the guys at my table who do not use straws. He probably just didn't know, easy mistakes that can be fixed, but still rough. We quickly ordered an appetizer and everything you eat soup, salad and bread sticks with endless diving sauce. We waited 30 minutes before everything was taken to our table. You could at least have brought our salad out. He finally came to let us know that the soup was not ready and asked if we like our salad. Finally, he brought out the salad and the bread sticks. The bread sticks were hard when they sat awhile and we had to remind him that we order unlimited diving sauce. At this point we had not yet received our appetizers. Finally, after we get our appetizers and finished our first bowl of soup and salad, we sat for another 45 minutes before he even asked if we wanted more soup or salad. I understand that places are among servants, and I am usually quite forgiven and patient about the situation, but it was not where busy and there were many servers. I'm glad my husband wasn't on his 30min break or he didn't eat at all. Unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks should be readily available at noon. Within two hours we have a salad bowl for the table, two bowls of soup with zero to little gnocchi, hard bread sticks, an appetizer as part of the main meal, rude hostess and a waiter, my drinking glass palms. This is not the quality and service I would expect from Olive Garden."
