"We never got seated because we were completely ignored. The hostess took at least 15 minutes to acknowledge our presence. My husband suggested we get a drink while she figured it out. We told her we would wait at the bar for her to find us a table.. Nobody else to seat! She then seated three new groups that came in. We told the bartender who told her to seat us. Nothing happened. Mind you there was plenty of open seating. We told a waitress who said she would tell her and proceeded to walk away without approaching the hostess. At this point we paid our bar bill and left. The hostess who I understand is very very old and not able to move very quickly, should not be working in this position. This was our third try at this restaurant. All three times over the last few years have left us wondering how they stay in business with such poor service. We came back the third time because the food is good, but since we didn't even get that far, we decided we won't be back. Interestingly, it doesn't seem that one person who worked there cares at all!"
