"I have given this place multiple chances during the last 4.5 years because their food is good. However, their customer service via both delivery AND pick-up is TRASH!!!! From closing earlier than what is posted in their signage and then being rude and nasty in their response to you when you ask them about it, to having a bunch of kids working in there who often make mistakes while ringing up your order and then management trying to hold the CUSTOMER financially accountable for the kids’ mistakes. They also OFTEN forget to deliver items that I’ve ordered, paid for, and would like to have as a part of my meal. The fact that they are RUDE and a few of them are racist on top of all of that means they will never get another dime of my money unless they change management, which is sad because I originally thought Ryan was cool.
