"We had made a reservation, so we were disappointed to find that our table was located right next to the door. We endured a constant cold draft every time someone entered. We quickly considered asking for a different table, but were told that the open tables were "reserved," although we had arrived on time for ours. If a restaurant chooses such a location, it should take measures to manage foot traffic better. The food was delicious, but given the prices, we felt a bit overlooked, as if we weren't the right type of customers to receive proper treatment."
