"Wow, what a disappointment. We came in, and it was probably just a bit more than half full of patrons. We waited many minutes before someone even came around the host stand, and when they did, they said, oh, I 'm not the host, and then just walked away. While waiting for the host, another server came over, spoke with the bartender, and was gripping about how they hate when groups come in complaining (shop talk) in front of other customers. Just as we were about to give up, the host finally comes over and takes our names but oh, wait, these other two couples before us are not on the list yet either it 's been that long since they 've been around. No apologies or anything. And a statement that it would be 15 20 minutes. We grabbed take out menus and started looking over the options they do have an extensive list of options. When we were finally seated, our server seemed like they didn 't want to be there. The booth (as well as all those in our area) was in poor maintenance and in need of repair. Very worn out seats, etc. There was a cart they used to bus tables that were simply out in the open overflowing with dishes, basically there the entire time. When the food came out it was pretty good! Tasty and good looking. But it was hard to overcome just how their service was lackluster at best. Overall the staff clearly needed service industry training. I get that places are desperate to find employees, but that also means that when you bring people from outside of the industry into your restaurant, then you need to work even hard to train them up correctly. Perhaps it was an off night with the B crew, we might try them again, because I believe in second chances, and several people have spoken highly of them. But after over 100 reviews, I 've only given out a total of 5 reviews of 2 stars or lower. Very disappointing..."
