"This was our second visit to this restaurant, after a great first experience. However, our second visit was disappointing in terms of service. One member of our group asked to have mushrooms added to the Brunch Burger, but the response was confusing. The server mentioned that they had various types of mushrooms available, but they were only sold in 12oz portions and adding them to the burger would disrupt their portion measurements. It was a strange response to a simple request. In today's day and age, one would expect it to be easy to add mushrooms to a dish, even if it meant paying extra for it. While we understand the importance of portion control, accommodating such a request would have been a simple solution that wouldn't have disappointed a customer. Unfortunately, due to this lack of flexibility and unresponsive service, we may not be returning to this restaurant."
