"I enjoyed being able to sample everything before I added it to my bowl. Although I usually like spicy tuna it was a little too spicy for me. So I opted for regular tuna and eel. Great choices for all the veggies and toppings. Nice variety of sauces too, especially after I sampled a couple of them. The presentation of the fish and veggies was appealing, as everything looked fresh."
