"Where do I begin? The food was good, but the service was terrible. We arrived and waited 15 minutes to even get greeted by a server or menus. After another 15 minutes she finally came back to the table and we ordered our drinks and appetizers. And then after another 20 minutes finally got to order food. We had to ask for water for the table three times. They forgot one person's food and he had to wait an additional 10 minutes for his meal because we couldn't flag down a server. And then basically had to beg for the check from a group of servers standing over by the bar talking amongst themselves. I know this is Miami and we are used to bad customer service here, but this was beyond bad. Ended up spending almost 2 hours there for what was supposed to be a quick, casual dinner. Everyone in our party of 7 agreed we would never go back."
