"Both girls working were insanely rude. I was honestly embarrassed for them. The older one’s name was Holly. We filled up with gas on a road trip and stopped in for some drinks. The two women were commenting loudly across the store about how long the person was taking in the bathroom even though I had just witnessed them going in. And they proceeded to complain about the smell and this is why they shouldn’t have a public restroom and that they would be locking it after. Not to mention the place was a mess. The drink station was covered in trash and very sticky. The younger girl was rolling her eyes and pushing past people the whole time. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life, I can’t imagine representing a company or working somewhere with this little regard for customers let alone ones that are actually being pleasant. Both employees obviously need a retrain of acceptable service standards."
