"The Village Kitchen is a great place for breakfast or dinner. I have been here many times and it was always worth it. They have a breakfast special (shown in pic) that includes two eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast for only $3.99, a price that can't be beat. They often overcook the bacon a bit, and the coffee is mediocre, but you get what you pay for. The servers have always been super friendly to me, and I never feel rushed to leave, even though the food comes out quickly. I really like the french toast (more than the french toast sticks. I have tried both). They also have tasty burgers. One downside is that the bathrooms are accessed from the outside, which only really bothers me when it is cold out. All in all, this place has earned my continued patronage with nice service, good food for the price, and a comfortable local vibe."
