"We waited 25 minutes for our 6 pm reservation and then gave up. Lattanzi had irresponsibly and arrogantly overbooked and there were more than 20 of us in parties of 4 and 2 who stood at the door and couldn’t even check in with the door hostess. We all had reservations for 6 pm. The restaurant didn’t seem to care at all. No one came out to speak to us, to apologize and make reassuring noises that we were about the be seated. We gave up and went a few doors east to Barbetta, which took pity on us and gave us a lovely table in the bar area. We had a great meal there. Hopefully we won’t get a “no show” notice from OpenTable, since it was Lattanzi that was the no show!"
