"We decided to share the “Kielsalat” and the Prost House Tower, as it featured a variety of items in a single portion. That turned out to be a mistake. Instead of serving the salad first, which was far too large to finish before the main course, she brought everything out at once. Unfortunately, the sausages (bratwurst, knockwurst, Polish, and Luxembourg sausages) were overcooked and tough, having been left on the grill until they were charred and dried out. This makes me think there’s no real chef in the kitchen, just a line cook preparing pre-made meals.
Given the prime location of this restaurant, I don’t believe it will last long. It seems more like a tourist trap than a quality dining establishment. I certainly miss the previous owners."
