"We came to Sparky’s to try the Birra egg rolls they posted on their Facebook page. Our service (by Gabbi) was awful. She took our order, brought our drinks and didn’t come back until she brought our food. Then she didn’t come back for over 20 minutes to deliver our check. She never came back to refill our drinks or ask us how our food was. My 8 year old walked to the host stand to ask for a refill. I’m not one to complain but the food was cold. She spilled the consommé all over the egg rolls so they were all soggy. The cheese sauce on the nachos was cold the chips were pretty soggy and my kids French fries were cold and oil logged. You could definitely tell they’d fryer wasn’t hot enough. After she delivered the check, I explained why we weren’t happy but she only offered us new fries to go which we didn’t want. She never came back to collect my credit card so I had to go to the counter and have someone else run my card. I explained everything to the girl at the counter and she didn’t seem to care either. Very disappointed in our entire meal and service today."
