"Stood at the welcome stand so long that the employees behind the bar were staring. But all they did was stare, rather than offer help. I finally got the attention of the young lady at the front counter, who seemed to be bagging to-go orders and working as hostess. We got our table and waited a while before the waiter arrived. He was very friendly, but that was the only time we saw him. He seemed to be the only person working the outside area; again, while multiple employees were just standing behind the bar. Our reservation was at 645pm, at 735pm we decided to leave, since the only thing we had to that point was water. I hope this place does better moving forward, but doubt I'll go back"
