"We went through the drive-thru without knowing if the inside was open. We arrived at 7:45 AM and waited over 20 minutes, with only two people ahead of us. There were three staff members serving customers, but they should have designated one person to focus solely on the drive-thru to avoid prolonged delays. Additionally, neither the staff nor customers were wearing masks, and social distancing was not observed. At one point, there were people standing outside, but there were six individuals inside, all close together. The employee who served us never changed his gloves while attending to others, leaning on counters and handling money. It felt like no precautions were being taken at all. I could have gotten better baked goods at the grocery store for less. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
