Instead of a straightforward answer, I got a smirk and a laugh, and was told her name was Duana or something similar. 
I asked if this is how they treat customers, to which she replied that the other employee did ask if I wanted a remake, and I said no. I corrected her, explaining that the question was about adding more almond milk, not remaking the drink. I urged her not to misrepresent my words. I’ve been a loyal customer at this coffee shop for years and have never experienced such poor treatment. It’s very disappointing, and it’s clear that both employees don’t seem to care."
