"I came in on a Wednesday during parents ' week, which was busier than a typical Wednesday, according to the staff. I got the salmon risotto, which I was hoping would be good, but I was blown away. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and the risotto was more impressive as it was cooked to the perfect al dente, with just a slight pop to the risotto. It was by far the best I 've ever had, by far. I had to give kudos to the kitchen staff because it was that good. They told me that they 've been working on it for quite a while and they were very pleased to hear that they nailed it. To top it off, the bartender, Amita, was exceptional as well. Positive energy all around, and the overall experience makes me want to come back on Wednesday nights when it 's quieter much more often. I 've been to Murphy 's many times in the past, but they 've really raised the bar in my opinion. They were really good before, but I think I 've found my new favorite place.
