"I've been a faithful customer for ~4 years, and have recommended it to many friends. However, I'll say that in the past couple of months, the quality has gone downhill. The amount of chips served with each entree is so small compared to before, and they're stingy with the salsas. I get the economic times we're in but still. The real off-putting part is that the last three times I've ordered I always get the Cali carne asada burrito), the carne asada has been burnt to a crisp and unfortunately it's made the burritos inedible. : sad, I hope they work on these issues because the food really was great"
