"Downtown Mexican. This restaurant was fantastic. Set in historic downtown Dubuque, the Mexican inspired cuisine will really hit the spot. A quaint and clean interior greets you upon entering.<br/ <br/ The City of Dubuque has been trying to revitalize the downtown for quite sometime and I feel that Salsa's is a great example of the work completed so far. Dubuque is one of the oldest cities west of the Mississippi and the history shows in the beautiful downtown area. Lunch was well priced and plenty big.<br/ <br/ The staff is very friendly. You will often see the owner of the establishment visiting tables and asking about the service. I highly recommend this great addition to the City of Dubuque.<br/ <br/ Interior: 8/10<br/ Food: 9/10<br/ Price: 9/10"

"This place is incredible! It is much much better than similar chain style burrito places! The place has character and the staff is incredibly kind. The food was fresh and delicious. I loved the Queso, it?s some of the best I?ve had. The burritos were huge and more than enough! Everything about our visit was top notch and the staff should be incredibly proud. I highly recommend Rafas and will be returning next time I?m in town!"

"Words can't describe the incredible nachos that Camila makes. The chips were perfectly crunchy, and the pico de gallo was so fresh it seemed like it had just come straight from the garden to my plate. I can't wait to visit again when they're open!"
