"Food quality was not as good as it has been in the past. I was really disappointed in the scallops. Rubbery and very salty. The succotash they were served on seemed like it started with frozen peas and corn that were freezer burned and then subsequently over-browned to make up for it. My husband had the gnocchi which was good, but also overly salty. Waitress and other staff were terrific! Really working hard, we’re attentive and took the scallops off the bill after I shared my complaint. I felt bad that the kitchen was putting them in a tough spot. I hope management will do what’s needed to bring the food quality back to what we enjoyed for several years."

"I was excited to take people to dinner there, there was a couple of times to lunch, but it was up at night and day! it was so loud in the bar area! for the luck we have made reservations for the small room on the side, but we had to stand on the stairs waiting for someone to notice that two ladies have cut in front of us for the same room! because only 6 tables had in the room, our service was unfortunately not very good. at the end I had really wanted a cup of coffee, but my man was tired to wait for the waitress so that we decided to go only. I would recommend going to lunch, but parking is a real problem that has read that over 13,000 tickets have been issued since the opening in 2018 and it was far too loud to have fun."

"My boyfriend and I first visited Taphouse 15 years ago for our first anniversary and were amazed by the food and service. Our waiter was one of the friendliest we've ever encountered! We have been back a few times since and on our last visit, I ordered the NY Strip which was cooked perfectly to a beautiful medium rare, juicy, tender and lean with hardly any fat. The seasoning on the steak was just right! I dislike restaurants that skimp on seasoning, especially for a steak which needs plenty. Taphouse did not hold back and delivered a delicious dish. Even the fries were seasoned perfectly! My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it too was seasoned to perfection. We sat near the bar and were pleased that the noise level was not overwhelming. We are already planning our next visit and would recommend Taphouse 15 to anyone in search of a great meal for a date night, family outing, or a satisfying bite to eat on a whim!"

"Cute little place. Our waitress mumbled so it was especially hard to hear her with her mask on. The garlic knots were strange. More like mini loaves of bread than actual knots and they were a little tough but the flavor was good. The beer on tap was fresh and the serving was huge. We split a pizza and it's not that big, but it was pretty good."

"Not really sure how this place stays open? 5pm on a Tuesday and there’s a sign on EVERY table says “no server, order at bar”. Ok, we order a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage and a pitcher of beer. Pizza comes out and it’s cut into slices that are so oddly shaped that we are tearing them up trying to split them up into smaller portions. Topping quantity for the price was disappointing. Pepperoni was decent. Sausage was virtually nonexistent. As we are eating our pizza and finishing off the pitcher, someone comes up, removes the sign on the table that says “no service, order from the bar” and says, “I have a party coming in and you need to leave in fifteen minutes”. We are all just staring at each other thinking, “Wow. From zero service to ‘we have another party coming in, get out’! Unbelievable. Average pizza. Average drinks. Below average service. Avoid."

"What a cool bar with fun vibes! We were meeting friends for lunch next door on a Sunday afternoon but had some time to kill and stopped in for a drink. When we found out they were running late, we were getting hungry and ordered some onion rings. I wasn't expecting much from bar food but the onion rings were pretty good and definitely hit the spot. Plus, drink prices are reasonable, and the place feels clean. We actually ended up popping back after lunch for another drink. There was a football game going on, and the staff was playing some kind of contest to engage the crowd. If I knew about this spot back in my youth, I can definitely see it as a bar I would have frequented."

"Located in downtown Davidson, there is plenty of parking available nearby. I find that the visitor parking lot at the town hall is the easiest to access, and it's free for up to one or two hours. Mandolino's provides a top-notch pizza experience that caters to all ages. We enjoyed sharing the Pig on the Wing and Bonamassa pizzas—this combination is unbeatable. We also tried their wings with the house Buffalo sauce, and they did not disappoint!"

"This is a fantastic spot where I enjoyed a few cigars over a couple of nights. It's definitely more relaxed during the week if you're after a laid-back atmosphere. It does get quite crowded, especially during and after stadium events, and there is a cover charge then. They offer a fantastic selection of both local and international cigars. The whiskey menu is impressive, but if you're looking for Buffalo Trace, you might be out of luck. The bartenders mentioned that it's hard to source in Pennsylvania, but I visited in mid-August 2023, so that could change. Overall, it's a great place, and parking is usually easy when there are no events, though it can be hit or miss when the stadium is busy."
