"sat with my son and his mom there today. we had sat all the way to the wall, but no one checked us for almost 40min. imagine having and starving their son with them, not only that they could not even offer us water. Finally, a woman came right behind us with her man and was immediately served, I was really upset, but I managed to keep it professional and ask for a manager and there they go young ladies and polite try their best ti get us free passion fruit ice tea that I don't take, I don't complain because I want free stuff. the manager himself brought us to eat and it was good, she asked me later if I want to whisper, and I said yes, but no one brought me a cake, it was another beat, but our blessing did her best, but they need better management and better communicate."

"I was impressed by the attention of the staff to the detail after I said I was vegan and wanted to go to eat something. they checked if everything was vegan: the brot for the sandwich, the coating on the fried chickens, the buffalo sauce for the gardein wing, etc. They also offered us free softdrinks while waiting for our food. After we ordered, I noticed that the snacks section of the menu had buffalo flower, hummus and some other options that looked like they were vegan. the “V” in a box indicates that a menu item is vegetarian, and I wish they would create a symbol for vegan elements, or specify which vegetarian elements can be made vegan. I'm not big on sauces and seasoned, but it would be nice if they were vegan ranch, vegan mayo and vegan Mac cheese (they had a Daiya cheese for sandwiches, but no vegan version of their Gardein Chicken Mac cheese), so every vegetarian product could be made vegan without feeling like their meal lacks something. we liked our whole food: gardein buffalo wings were spicy and hearty and the celery sticks were fresh, the fried tender and sandwich were also good."

"AMAZINGGGG! I would come back here anytime! I came for restaurant week but their menu was so diverse i didnt order from the fixed menu. Guys the Chino Latino dish is EVERYTHING! I'm not a big fan of red meat so i was nervous to order this. But it was so flavorful OMGGG! Perfect mix of cuban and asian flavors. Drinks were good too, disclaimer: Happy hour prices only available at the bar. Besides the food, the ambiance was so nice! The decor was absolutely stunning, definitely made an impression as soon as i walked in! I love that they play recent Latino songs but at a decent volume, where you can talk to your friend and still bump to the music. Only slightly negative thing is that waiters take awhile. But maybe they were short-staff that day. Asia de Cuba is definitely on my go-to places in NYC."

"I saw a deal on pulsed and the menu sounded amazing so I was super excited to try! However I was soooo disappointed! For starters the waitress who looked like hell rolled over had no idea about the details of any of the menu items but we decided on the lobster cake Benedict and the English muffin crab cake sandwich which looked just like a Benedict?? They were both so mediocre and I could barely taste lobster or crab! They were supposed to come an truffle home fries and there wasn't even a HINT of truffle!!!! Then the drinks came super slow and it was only us and another table in the restaurant. So we decided to have something sweet as a dessert and ordered the French toast which says it's stuffed with strawberry jam and comes with truffle cream cheeese, none of the above in fact!!! It's was dry wonder bread French toast which was tasteless and not stuffed with anything and did not have truffle anything on the side! We asked the waitress about it she said I don't usually work this shift and didn't know, poor answer! You work here and should be well versed in the menu items, unacceptable! Anyways she kindly offered to take it back and not charge us which I thought she should have considering the mediocre quality of food. Then before bringing the check she says, since you have a pulsed deal which I paid $40, the 20%tip is already included based on a $90 value, huh? Ok so I didn't want to be bothered with this place or this girl anymore, I paid then thought wait, the total coast of or meals was $33, then $15 each to add bottomless which would bring us to $63 before tax! So she essentially gave herself an undeserved extra tip and we basically paid for the nasty French toast! This review is real and I go to brunch weekly and have tried so many places, this will be off of my list! Do not recommend!"

"We had an amazing lunch at Wa Jeal. We started with the delicious spring onion pancakes and ended with the equally delicious chicken and broccoli. The lunch special (including rice, main course, and soup) was very affordable and tasty. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, with brick walls and beautiful decorations, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!"

"We were led to believe our experience at Li Orient would be outstanding. It was not. Open table had us wait two weeks for a Saturday evening reservation. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and when we left. The waiter gave us a nod as we were seated, yet we waited over 10 minutes before being brought water. Soup dumplings were so bland one could barely distinguish one from the next. An $18 order of pan fried rice had 4 shrimp and zero flavor, as it had not actually been fried. Chared Garlic Brussels Sprouts were undercooked, and neither the garlic nor the sprouts had anything resembling a char. Garlic Noodles could easily have come from a diner. Throbbing electronic house music was piped in for most of our meal, switching over to vocal jazz as we paid the bill and a whopping bill it was. After receiving parking validation, $10 of $15 were still ours to pay. Huge disappointment in every way. Our old neighborhood favorite, Twin Dragon on Pico, serves delicious fried rice with tons of meat and veggies for less than half the price. Their food is typical Chinese Ametican, not fancy, nothing exciting, but you can taste the flavors, you 're served generous portions and you pay a very reasonable price. I 'm sure there are amazing, expensive Chinese restaurants, but stand warned: Li Orient is not among them. Go elsewhere (or go to Twin Dragon."

"The restaurant is separated into three areas all served by the same kitchen - Bogey's, The Grille, and The Patio. The Grille and The Patio are more casual and offer better views compared to the more formal Bogey's. We dined in Bogey's and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, elegant table settings, and friendly yet efficient service. The setting was perfect for conversation and enjoying our meal at a leisurely pace. The food was excellent. The same menu is available in The Grille or on The Patio without the tablecloths. The atmosphere may be louder but the views are better. The choice is yours."
