"MetaCarbon was more than fine dining in a casual, relaxed setting. The delicious courses were farm to table, where we could see the crops growing that would be served in future settings. Also, the experience was educational as we learned about restorative farming techniques and the practices of how best to feed the soil so the soil feeds the plants. We look forward to future seatings and experiences of eating while gazing a the sunset, a beautiful rainbow, and amidst the front range mountains north of Boulder ... again and again.
