"This place not only serves delicious pizza, but it's also truly exceptional! I called to order a cake for a friend's child who had just returned from the hospital. The kid had been craving pizza, so I wanted to surprise him. To go the extra mile, I asked if they could shape the cake like a heart. The woman I spoke with (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly understanding when I learned they don’t take credit card payments over the phone. She told me I could pay whenever I had a chance, even saying that it was more important to help than to collect the payment right away. I was really touched by her kindness and assured her that I would definitely make sure to pay the next day, or that a family member nearby could stop by to settle the bill. This heartfelt gesture will stay with me for a long time. Coupled with their DELICIOUS pizza, it’s why I return to Pizza City every time I’m in town! I’m inspired to pay it forward!
