"I took my family, who were visiting from out of town, to Surf last night, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was wonderful—especially the maple bourbon salmon, which was exceptional. But what really impressed us was the service! Our server, Lori-Ann, was amazing. The entire ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel like they genuinely want you to enjoy the beautiful dishes, and it's the staff that truly makes that happen. Thank you for a wonderful meal!"

"Stopped here for dinner one evening while in town for a convention. It is near several other restaurants at Pentagon Row. We don't have an opportunity to eat Vietnamese food where we live so we wanted to take advantage of this spot. They have a full bar and beers. We went for some we don't often get. They were good and cold. They offer booths and table. We sat at a booth. We were greeted and seated quickly. We ordered a couple appetizers the spring rolls for one. We enjoyed them. They were filled with good veggies and a shrimp each. My table mate had Shu mi dumplings too. They were also good. As my main I had the veggie curry. The portion was generous. The spice was just right. It came with a small portion of rice. There was a good variety of veggies included. They were a bit undercooked to me but that was fine; better than overcooked. My teeth work just fine! All in all, it was a pleasant evening. It also was inexpensive for a dinner in the DC area."
