"We were greeted as we came in by a man. Told we could sit anywhere. There was us and three other people in the restaurant. A total of three tables occupied. After 20 min, the man who greeted us finally asked if we had been helped. I said no. He hollered at a gal who came over. We decided we better place our whole order before she disappears (we could hear two ladies complaining to one another about their absent waitress). Eventually, our food came... and i asked for ranch for my chicken strips, and she offered to bring a refill. After 20 min, my husband finally took his cup up to the counter where 3-5 employees were talking and cutting up. He apologized for interrupting them and the lady with the headset loudly told him to Just go sit down, your waitress will be over in a few minutes, she 's coming, she 's busy she he sat down and 10 min later she showed up... refill for him, no ranch for me, and by this time, i need refill too. I asked again for ranch and a refill. She did go get that, but the ranch had been taken from the salad bar, which is fine, but it had chunks of whatever had fallen in it. Finally, the two ladies ' waitress had come out, and she wasn 't even our waitress. So our waitress had ONLY us to wait on. I do think she tried, but while 4 people can hang out, she was actually doing things and keeping busy. Maybe tell the employees at the counter that they need to help when help is needed and that it is rude to tell people to go back to their seats rather than serving customers."
