"Front desk service is horrible , girls are just laughing and talking amongst themselves. Took wrong phone number down I called to make sure all is well let me know I am still 12th in line come back in 20 I showed up girl told me I texted you 30 min ago?? How is that so? Oh don’t worry I’ll put you back in line phone number was wrong. Made me wait an additional 15 min after already waiting an hour and a half because she had the wrong phone number. I drove an hour to get here so we waited. Server was amazing from the waiter !!!! So was the food !"

"If you have bad attitude and don't want to work, why are you here? How can you be out of iced teas at 2pm? We ordered an iced chai tea latte and black iced tea. Waited 15 min n no tea. Meanwhile the only person who can brew teas or coffees is chatting with his friend n not doing any orders. I overheard him say” I don't want to be here. I'm on my way back to California” When I ask nicely where are our iced teas? He indignantly said didn't she(the cashier) tell you we r out of chai tea n it will … – show"
