"Used to love coming here as they are one of the only fast food restaurants in Orwell, affordable, and they used to always get my order right. The past few times I’ve come, I’ve attempted to order a cheeseburger with a few toppings taken off. 3/4 times the burger was wrong and had all toppings. What if I was allergic and bit into my sandwich before consuming? I never made any issues on it at all. I decided to stop getting the cheeseburger, and went with a chili dog. Today, my partner brought it straight home from the drive thru, fresh and the fries were either not cooked enough or completely reheated. Soggy, not crispy at all. One of them was a little hard like it was just starting to thaw.. that was fine, no big deal, I just decided to toss them as they were quite gross. I opened the container to the chili cheese dog, the bread was hard, cheese was slightly hard sticking to the packaging, it seems as though this was reheated as well, which is gross. Ended up not eating any of the food at all. Also, it’s pretty awful to witness an older woman employee screaming and belittling the younger workers there, all while in front of customers, and it seems most of which are minors! Very unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed for the last time, and will not be returning to this location."
