"rather disappointed today with Mr. Tolbert. I simply asked for a refill on my shaved ice. He reacted as if I was a criminal or a person who had not paid for my food or drink. I felt so embarrassed with family and friends standing there. I would have paid extra for the refill. I wasn’t offered the opportunity. I truly hate that this was the first time my family from Maryland had ever eaten a Smithfield Chicken and Bbq one of my favorite places to eat. Mr. Tolbert was so quickly to be defensive and just plain rude. His reaction and lack of customer service threw the entire meal off. So we will not be returning to this location. I often brag that Smithfield chicken and bbq is one of my favorite places to eat. I felt so embarrassed and disappointed. I hope Mr. Tolbert will educate himself on customer service, professionalism and just plain southern courtesy. ?"

"Good food, fast service. The menu is hard to read/follow when you have several folks in the car/van. It would be great to have the menu available BEFORE we get to the speaker. The staff wants to get your order, and get you out of the way..and why don't you offer condiments when ordering? As fast as you are pushing people through, we have missed condiments, napkins, flatware when we arrived at our destination, all for the sake of your speed, and the car behind us. That is NOT good Customer Service. Either assume that we want EVERYTHING, or just ask kindly when we order, not when you are shoving a $40.00 bag of food, drinks, and a gallon of tea in the window of my car please!"

"If you're looking for authentic Arkansas BBQ, Three Sams is a must-visit. I've tried BBQ from all over the country, and this place stands out among the best. Although the original location was burned down last year, Sam has rebuilt it beautifully. It’s a cozy spot, so you might have to wait for a table, but it's absolutely worth it. The prices are great for the generous portions, and you’ll likely end up with a to-go box. Everything is homemade, and the BBQ, especially the beans, is to die for!"
