"Haven't had Chicken Tonight in years because wasn't so great then, so we figured we try it again at its new location. We got order of Chicken extra crispy, it was terrible and way to dry inside. We got mashed potatoes, they where terrible, powder mixed no flavor at all. And mixed vegetables, that clearly came out of a can, again was awful. Came to $29 then we gave the delivery driver a 5 dollar tip, he was a very nice older man. We won't be ordering from there no more definitely felt ripped off, the quality isn't there. "Our experience was disappointing. Our food arrived cold, and we had to ask a waitress if we could even place our order. The staff didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about their work. Additionally, people who arrived after us were able to order and were served 45 minutes before we even got to ask about our food. After waiting 45 minutes just to order, we ended up waiting another long while before we were finally able to eat. Overall, it felt like our needs were overlooked."

"Last year we enjoyed michaels for our New Year's Dinner, so we thought we would do it again this year. we have been looking forward to the great food and the service we had previously received to be very disappointed. our service was bad. I am gluten-free and milk-free and the waitress has not even registered this matter when I told her. they brought krutons on my salate after I had not given any gluten. then she also brought out that dessert and put it before me after I had told her again, no milk or gluten. also other members of our groups steaks and chicken entrees were not properly cooked. the chicken was boiled and the steaks were burned outside while they were cold inside. we sent the steaks back, just to have brought them out, not burned, but still raw in the middle. the manager was angry at guests on our table. overall this was a bad experience. not how we wanted to spend our new years eve. and to round it off, it was a set menu so that everything should have been prepared to perfection."

"This place is awesome! They put a lot of care into the atmosphere and food. It’s one of the only places in Seattle with classic sides like baked potato and mashed. I had the Reuben sandwich and it was fantastic. Perfectly toasted rye with kraut, Swiss cheese, and tender slices of seasoned beef. Possibly the best Reuben ever. The food came out hot within 15 minutes, service was diligent and consistent, and I can’t understand how they turn a profit with such great prices! Overall a fabulous experience. I’m going to try the prime rib next."

"It was OK for a pit stop. I like the atmosphere of the place but doubtful I'll buy food again if I stop by ever again. Waitress was too busy talking to check in on my table or would ignore my table when walking pass. No drink refills at any time, drink was empty entirety of meal.Wrong soup, waitress ignored me trying to get her attention until the prime rib was brought out and then noticed. Prime rib was good/medium rare around the edges but uncooked/Bleu/barely above fridge temps in the middle. There were probably 20 cloves of garlic which drowned out the meat. The 15oz prime rib had maybe about 9 ounces of meat it was composed of if you took out the cloves of garlic. The mashed potatoes were probably 30% mashed potatoes and 70% sour cream slapped on top, which was kinda gross. I think I would have had a better meal if I grabbed fast food to be honest. Not really worth what I spent or the drive."

"I've been visiting Billingsley's for over twelve years, almost weekly, for small gatherings with friends. "I have been a customer there for many years and have never been there on a Monday for the Crab and Clam specials. When a friend of mine from out of town came to visit, I took her there because I loved the food and the people. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. We went on a Monday. We waited forty five minutes for a table. When we finally sat down, we waited another ten minutes to put in our order for drinks. I couldn't order just a glass of water, I had to pay for a bottle of water. I had an order of steamed clams and a steak dinner and my friend had the fried shrimp and the chiken wings, which were also on special. The clams were nothing but sand. My steak was fine and her shrimp were fine, but it was slow to get our food. My friend could not finish her chiken wings, so she asked for a box. We couldn't take the five chicken wings that she had left over home. It was the most rediculous thing I had ever heard. We paid and left. I will never go back on a Monday again. The next day I tried to contact the restaurant to ask a few questions, and they said the owner would get back to me. They never did."

"our favorites are the primary nativity, pork scale, roast calamari and creamy chicken soup! excellent eating in general. they are famous for their best nativity and offer a special jubilee price-primary rib dinner every year as thank you to their customers. they have a very friendly waiting staff. this is a historical restaurant that has been visited by the Hollywood elite in the 40s and 50s, and still draws the amount to dinner time due to its high quality temptings. for us it is worth making the 12 mile special trip. update: stops from the prime rib, creamy chicken soup and garlic kartoffeln. excellent as usual, with fast friendly service! update: tried her sirloin steaks, excellent! update: the prices have increased again, but the quality remains excellent."

"All I can say is WOW! My new favorite restaurant on LOTO!! We sat on the patio and the view from the cliffs was spectacular. Our waitress and all staff were so friendly. Food (I had a 6oz filet) was grilled to perfection. I didn’t check out the wine list but the “by the glass” selections were great. I had the Quilt Cabernet. We all tried the carrot cake for dessert and it was delicious. 5 stars for me!"

"We visited this restaurant for the first time on Friday, and my friend and I were not disappointed. The broth was good, though it could use a bit more seasoning. The cheese rangoons were tasty, and the calamari had great flavor, although it was a bit chewier than expected. The Dragon Roll was also excellent. We both ordered "The Triple," and it was delicious with tender meat. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and yes, I would definitely return, and my friend feels the same way."

"Jim's has long been a beloved establishment in the Bloomington/Normal area. The décor hasn’t changed much over the years, which adds to its nostalgic appeal. It has a supper club ambiance, complete with tablecloths and fresh candles on each table. The service has remained consistently good over the years, and the food is typically quite tasty as well. They feature a lovely piano bar with skilled bartenders, so we often arrive early to enjoy a couple of drinks before our reservation. Weekends can get quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation. Keep in mind that the multi-level layout is not ADA compliant. Overall, we really enjoy dining here and definitely recommend it."

"Came here because we wanted good ole standard juicy medium rare steaks and Taylor's definitely quenched our cravings. We got French Onion Soup, Creamed Spinach, Porterhouse, Spencer Steak boneless ribeye), and a bottle of their most affordable red. Everything was tasty. They pretty much have everything you think a standard steakhouse will have. The place looks old fashioned and traditional; it was also very festive with the holidays decoration. With that said, Taylor's tends to draw a more mature crowd. For parking, they have convenient valet service $4.50) right next to the restaurant. We sat at the bar and it had more than enough room to enjoy a nice dinner. However, the bar service can definitely be improved. We had to continuously flag them down for mundane requests like getting the wine menu, ordering our meal, and getting a glass of water. It would be understandable, but they weren't even busy at the bar! Anyways, I recommend calling in advance to make a reservation if you want a booth seat. Expect to pay between $80-120 per person. Cool place, not sure when I'll be coming back though."
